Frank Ubuara is the speaker of Arena of friends. A graduate of Surveying, Environmental Management and Public Administration from renown institutions in Nigeria. He has wealth of experience of over 25 years of Exploration Seismic Surveying, Drilling and Community Affairs in the oil industry of Niger Delta Nigeria. He is married with children.

Hon. Ferguson has industry proven experience in IT with specialty in Routing and Switching, Layer 3 Security, web content development, database driven web applications and web content security.
